Ramsgate RSL Netball Club will be introducing a Representative Preparation Program (Rep Prep Program) for players interested in trialling for St George’s Representative or Development Program (SDNA Reps). This program aims to support players and families in understanding what SDNA Reps is and what the trial process will look like. We hope by providing specialised training and clarifying expectations of the program, we can support our players in participating in the trial process. Please note, this program is NOT a guarantee that players will be accepted into the SDNA reps program, but is a preparation program in the lead up to trials.
The Rep Prep Program will be a weekly training session, starting fromTuesday 28th Julyfrom5:30-7:30 pmtoTuesday 22nd September. The program will run for9 weeks, with Phase 1 of trials commencing on Sunday 27th September. The program consists of practical training sessions, developing both foundational and specialised netball skills, and a resilience workshop to develop players’ mindset and capacity to manage a highly competitive environment. There is a non-refundable cost of $50 to participate in the program. This training will run alongside the current 2026 Winter Competition, meaning players will be expected to attend Tuesday training for the Rep Prep Program and Wednesday training for club netball.
